Most renovation delays we see are not caused by contractors. They are caused by fixtures arriving after the trades that need to install them have already moved on.
Week 0 to 2: key collection and measurement
Book a site measurement as soon as you collect keys. Outlet positions, ceiling heights and electrical points determine which products are even eligible.
Week 2 to 4: confirm concealed items
Concealed shower valves, wall-hung cisterns and recessed power tracks must be confirmed before tiling and carpentry. These are the items with the longest lead times.
Week 5 to 8: surface fittings
Basin mixers, shower sets, sinks and taps are installed after tiling. Order them by week five so they are on site when the plumber returns.
Week 8 onwards: fans, lighting and smart home
Ceiling fans, downlights, digital locks and laundry systems come last, after painting. Coordinate a single installation date to avoid repeated site visits.
Our showroom team keeps a copy of your timeline and schedules delivery to match your contractor's programme.
